With the acceleration of urbanization, the construction industry in China is constantly improving its technical level and expanding the industry scale. The main factors and countermeasures for construction project management are to improve the importance of the entire construction project. In this process, it is necessary to strictly supervise the relevant national departments to ensure their quality, and combine them with the management factors and countermeasures to improve.
