Special Issue Information

Dear colleagues,

The study of organizations today is no longer limited to the results of organizational operations, or even efficiency, but to how to sustain them. The current focus on organizational sustainability and being a sustainable organization has led to current research, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, cannot neglect to review, explore, and present factors that can create long-term benefits. The study of organizational psychology began with the objective of finding conditions that would lead to the highest organizational performance and, subsequently, the highest efficiency, that is, the lowest cost-to-effectiveness. Nowadays, it must move to find conditions that will make those operating results happen sustainably as well. However, it is not a direct influence but may be an indirect influence. This means that organizational psychological conditions, which are causal variables, may also have an indirect influence on organizational sustainability or being a sustainable organization through certain conditions.
