Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

In this issue we are focusing on:

The intersection of digital intelligence, sustainability, and psychology in business is a fascinating area. Let's break it

down:

Digital Intelligence (DI): This refers to the ability of organizations to harness the power of digital technologies and

data to gain insights, make decisions, and create value. In the context of sustainability, DI can be used to optimize

processes, reduce waste, and develop innovative solutions for environmental and social challenges.

Sustainable Business Environment: This encompasses practices that promote long-term environmental, social, and

economic sustainability. Digital intelligence can play a crucial role in enabling businesses to adopt sustainable

practices by providing tools for monitoring and analyzing resource usage, identifying areas for improvement, and

implementing strategies for reducing carbon footprint and promoting social responsibility.

Psychology: Understanding human behavior is key to driving sustainable change within organizations and among

consumers. Psychological insights can inform strategies for encouraging pro-environmental behaviors, such as

recycling, energy conservation, and sustainable consumption. Moreover, digital intelligence can be used to

personalize interventions and tailor messages to specific psychological profiles, increasing their effectiveness.

In summary, digital intelligence, when combined with an understanding of psychology, can empower businesses to

create sustainable practices and foster a culture of environmental and social responsibility. By leveraging technology

to collect and analyze data, organizations can gain insights into human behavior and develop targeted interventions

that promote sustainable behaviors both within the organization and among consumers.
