Dear Colleagues,

We would like to invite you to submit your research for this special issue, which focuses on employee behaviour, psychology and well-being for ensuring sustainable organizations. Working environment faces several environmental changes that affect employees’ attitudes and behaviour. We will accept manuscripts from different disciplines, addressing employee behaviour, psychology and well-being. For example, understanding how employees are motivated, engaged, feel psychologically safe, and exhibit positive attitudes and behaviours at their workplace is crucial for healthy and sustainable organization. This requires appropriate practices from management such as sustainable and green human resources management and appropriate organisational culture.

This special issue will cover, but is not limited to, the following topics:

We welcome a diversity of articles, such as conceptual and empirical articles, reviews, critical comments, and meta-analyses, for submission to this Special Issue. We will accept manuscripts from different disciplines, addressing topics related to the scope.
