It is about integrating digital technologies for transforming how businesses operate. The integration of digital technologies into business processes has become very important for the survival and competitive advantage of contemporary organizations. Leadership and Innovation focus primarily on organizational performance, emphasizing the role of leadership as solving business problems. It is a company's strategic asset that contributes to its competitive advantage. When looking for a competitive advantage that may result from a digital transformation strategy, researchers are increasingly recognizing that human and intellectual capital are key components.
