Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of entrepreneurial leadership perceived by college students in Northwest China on their creativity, focusing on the mediating role of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence in this relationship. Through the questionnaire survey and structural equation model analysis of 484 college students, the results show that entrepreneurial leadership significantly promotes the creativity of college students, and intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence play a part in the mediation of this process. In addition, factors such as positive personality and gender have a moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and creativity. This study provides a new theoretical perspective for the relationship between leadership and creativity in entrepreneurship education, and provides empirical support for universities to formulate more effective entrepreneurship education strategies.References
